      If your Windows 10 can't boot, or you just want to start at the command line for whatever reason, you can Start Windows 10 Directly at the Command Prompt thanks to this guide from Tom's Hardware.

          MM that is just troubleshooting but it is not loading without the recovery disc or recovery partition. Safemode is a pain as well.
