Actually exactly what I was thinking...
All I really want is the ticket history so that would be perfect for me.

Actually exactly what I was thinking...
All I really want is the ticket history so that would be perfect for me.
That's still a bit of work, because there is all kinds of relational data that has to be accurately gathered and translated.

But without asset data, not nearly as bad.
