Install Specific Windows 10

Is there a way to download / install a specific Windows 10 - Specifically 1703
We are running into a Installation issue with Autocad LT 2018 and the Most recent releast. Everything we are seeing is that it works great on 1703,.. but NOT 1709.

If you have VLSC access you can download it from there. If not, I seriously doubt MS has a solution for old versions since you're forced to new versions pretty quickly.

We have just tested this theory in that the following version of Windows work okay:
- Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.10586]
- Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.15063]
What does NOT work:
- Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.16299.19]

Can you roll back the updates to salvage some of the boxes or are you totally boned by autoupdates?
