NET::ERR_CERT_REVOKED
-
Hi Guys
I have just taken on a new client who use Windows Server 2011 Standard with Exchange 2010 on prem.
They have an issue where by when I try to access webmail by going to https://remote.DOMAINNAME.com/owa, we get the error that reads:
Your connection is not private
Attackers might be trying to steal your information from remote.domainname.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more
NET::ERR_CERT_REVOKEDAutomatically send some system information and page content to Google to help detect dangerous apps and sites. Privacy policy

remote.domainname.com normally uses encryption to protect your information. When Google Chrome tried to connect to remote.domainname.com this time, the website sent back unusual and incorrect credentials. This may happen when an attacker is trying to pretend to be remote.domainname.com, or a Wi-Fi sign-in screen has interrupted the connection. Your information is still secure because Google Chrome stopped the connection before any data was exchanged.You cannot visit remote.domainname.com right now because its certificate has been revoked. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later.
Its been a good 5 years+ since I was working with Exchange on prem so cant remember how I can go about sorting this. Any advice or help would be appreciated.
Let me know if you need any additional info.
Thanks

I'm assuming he means Windows Small Business Server 2011, which is Windows Server 2008R2 and Exchange 2010.

Have you checked current ssl cert date expiry?

With SBS you use the built in wizards for everything. The SBS Wizard has a wizard to get a new cert put on the box.
