Worst experience with GoatCase

I would like to share my painful experience with a product called GoatCase. https://www.goatcase.com/
It is an antigravity case that can be used for an iPhone or Android.
So i saw this on youtube and placed an order immediately around the first days of Jan 2017, a tracking number was given for globegistics and i could see that the order left their facility. After few days and some minor updates i saw a note that its left transit and on its way to destination. Fast forward a month, no updates on the tracking site. So i contacted GoatCase and after some time of twitter DM's and mails i got a response on their online chat that the shipment is lost. Since its their shipping providers fault, they offered me another one for no extra charge, i was very happy and continued to wait.
3 days ago, got an email from them saying the order is back with them because i rejected to pay the shipping charge, where actually i never ever received the package. But after some time during the chat, the agent again mentioned, "sorry the shipment is lost place another order!"
I am done with GoatCase and would like to inform all my friends to not to order with them if possible! Asked for a refund now and waiting for them on chat as i type this.

And their latest response is "I can provide you with a refund of the product amount excluding the shipping charges as it is already been shipped and we're not liable to pay any kind of shipping charges!"

Did you pay with credit card? Just contact them and inform them that the charges from GoatCase were fraudulent and that they ran a scam and never provided the product for which you paid.

I did paid using my card as there was no paypal option. Let me contact my bank and see if they can help me, but i also wanted to make sure no one else gets cheated like this. Their social adverts are really high to get more people buying that.

yet another reason to use a real CC, not ATM/fake CCs

And i can even see that their refund never happens either!

Surprisingly, I got the refund message now from paypal (dont be confused about my payment, that was on my bank card but i guess they used paypal to refund back!) that the amount will be credit back to my account! and a cancellation of the order via email!

Watch it carefully until you see it actually appear in your bank account. If you don't see it soon, get right back up their asses about it.

Too a degree, but none of it can be "trusted" until it actually goes back onto your bank balance. Sometimes telling someone they will get a refund will make them leave the company alone for a bit, and then they don't follow up and they never get it. But in my experience PayPal is pretty good w/ refund stuff.
