@BBigford yeah nothing on BACS 4 even shows the team that I made in windows itself.
PowerShell gives me errors right off the bat... hmm
@RojoLoco stated that 2008/R2 did not have the native ability.

Shoot, missed that. Sorry Rojo... I'm sitting here wasting everyone's time. lol
So where do I go from here?

So where do I go from here?
Can the Broadcom Software do it?

It's supposed to. In the pics I posted, there are zero options for it though. There should be a section for "Team Management" where you can create the team. Then the team will show up like in the pic Jared posted.
-
Right, according to this Dell video, there should be an option to create a team.
He does not have the option.
-
I guess they don't have to be in a team... As far as a bridge, I was under the premise bridging just sends everything through one adapter, which would create a bottle neck. Like when you bridge a virtual machine's adapter through the host adapter for connectivity.
-
Problem would be solved if @BBigford was allowed to use Hyper-V Server 2012 or newer. But he is constrained to Server 2008 R2.

I am assuming you installed latest firmware, drivers and SNMP for the Broadcom NIC's?
I jsut decommissioned my last 2950 that had Broadcom in it. I know they were teamed and we did it through the BACS software not the base drivers. Exactly where though I do not remember it wasn't obvious I remember that much unlike version 3 where its right there

Yep, grabbed from Dell. Also tried from Broadcom. Same result.

For reference, this is the image from the video that shows what to do, but is not there for him.

I'm an idiot. I hurried through the filter and didn't see "Team View". Sorry for wasting everyone's time. You can configure the team from there. BACS 3 had Team Management on the main page, BACS 4 has a filtering option.
-
post updated screen shots of the right thing for reference.

Seriously. Some days I honestly wonder how I can even be touching anything when I can't even slow down and take a look. Everything I needed was in front of my f***ing face.

Just a result of the poutine loving snail eaters out in eastern Canada. Love / hate relationship with them.

I said to post pictures because the team view is what i showed and i cannot make a team here. Likely because i have one made in Windows, but BACS4 does not seems to know anything about it.

Ah, I missed the part where you wanted my pics. I can do that.

@JaredBusch Windows shows them as any other team. Kinda irritating Windows doesn't show connection 2 as being NIC2 (they were way out of order), but whatever.
