Google Chrome and ScreenConnect
-
Seems odd that SC just doesn't seem to like Chrome - Maybe Chrome doesn't like SC, regardless I can't seem to run SC on Chrome any longer. And this is with:
- Full uninstall of Chrome
- CCleaner of files and registry
- Regedit for Chrome / Google Chrome
- CCleaner for cleanup.
- Reboot
- Clean install of Chrome
SC hangs, or just completely stops working. Firefox doesn't seem to have this issue (yet)?
Any thoughts?

Have not tried on Chrome, I always use from FF. What issue do you have? The SC site won't load? I never run the actual connection from a browser at all, it's just a page to download the link from before IcedTea launches it.

I use chrome all day everyday. Problem is yours.

What are you running Chrome on?

macOS and Windows.

I just tested Chrome on Ubuntu 16.04 to the same SC system that I suspect the OP is using and it worked flawlessly the first time.

I wonder if it's the Win10 build and subsequent Win 10AU.

Possible but I suspect that Jared is on Win 10.
