What Are You Doing Right Now

Last day before a long weekend... going to be a long one.

Seems Slacker.com isn't working either (all users reports that I'm testing lol).
odd thing is the Pings are working fine.
Working here... I would have a riot on my hands if those sites weren't working.
Same here. They are working somewhat now. But ML is having issues. I'm thinking it's a peering issue with our Century Link (We have dual WAN with Verizon plus CL.. and then the MPLS). We don't use a content filter here, we consider that a management issue.
-
Good morning ML world.

Just counted today, we have 60 Domain Controllers haha.
-
Morning all

Good morning. Just got to Utica here.
-
Today is virus day. I LOVE Webroot! @Nic we are so happy right now with you guys.
-
There's a virus day? I guess I'm celebrating by being home sick with a cold Anyway, glad to hear you guys are enjoying Webroot!
-
Truman the dog is here throwing up repeatedly in solidarity with Virus Day!
-
Easy last day of the work week. Just about everyone took off early today so the office is empty. Production/Manufacturing is still going strong though.
-
Very excited to have an end to this week. And Thursdays mean no morning stand up meeting for me, so it starts off a little easier than a normal day by default.
-
After riding Amtrak's Empire Service 280 from Rochester to Utica, got picked up at the gorgeous Utica station by @dominica and we went out to breakfast.

@scottalanmiller Now now, you young whipper snapper. There's no such thing as a private sign in a public forum!

I just switched from AVG Free over to Webroot after hearing so many good things about it. I snagged a 3 computer license for it, so if it does good enough on my laptop (all signs point to 'Yes, this is awesome', then I gotta install it on my wife's laptop and my desktop.
-
Awesome, did you do this today to celebrate "Virus Day?"
-
Sadly, no. I did it because I got tired of my laptop taking 5 minutes to be usable after waking it up from hibernate or booting it, lol... although, I think it may have been after midnight when I made the switch... Does that count for Virus Day?

I like webroot for a corporate setting. I found for personal use it blocked a whole bunch of stuff like steam & games that I really couldn't be bothered to make exceptions for & removed it.
-
It hasn't given me any lip about my steam games, arguably, I haven't played them recently.

I had a lot of problems with Webroot when I tried it. I'm using Avast Business at home. We are using Sophos at work. Webroot actually used the Sophos engine though (not sure if they still do).
