@DustinB3403 I've had job offers from Competitors , but I dont want to be in Restaurant support industry if I change jobs..
plus - they're pretty flexible with my Kids schedule and allow me a little freedom when it comes to my kid and what I need to do for him.. -

Interesting that you can't leave them. Do you think they wouldn't fire you immediately and not think about it if something happened?

Finding another job , and training these guys to be able to fake it til they make it.

Unless your current employer has specifically asked you to train your coworkers on this system, then training is not your job.
Also, you were trained by the employer who, I presume sent you to the food service software vendor to get trained, no?
