Looking at purchasing a OnePlus 7T to replace my current Nexus 6P. Really like the specs on it, and the price is right around what I want to spend.
Nice, those look great. I've been considering one, too.

About to go do some gaming with my kids. Nancy Drew #22.

Well shit, Brave mobile browser has sold out - last update added a bullshit "watch selected ads to earn Brave points!!!" feature. Just like ad block plus did a while ago. Anyone know of a phone browser that sucks less? This "feature" doesn't drastically change the user experience, but it really bugs me that the former "ad blocking" browser chose the money.

I don't see it. I know there desktop version provides that feature and its not enabled by default and can be turned off.

@black3dynamite on mobile, there is a new icon upper left corner, when you click it you see the "please watch more ads, we will reward you" nonsense, then it goes away. But I am a man of principle, I despise ads, and I want something else. I'm not always hiding behind my pi hole

For some reason my laptop is no longer working with the two latest Fedora 30 kernels. My Dell Latitude just goes to a blank screen with any 5.3 kernel. Only 5.2 seems to work. Attempting an installation of Ubuntu 19.10.

19.10 is also using 5.3 kernel.

I know, but I'm hoping that the issues are not purely with the kernel.

Here's a full list of what comes with 5.3 kernel.
https://kernelnewbies.org/Linux_5.3The most recent thing that I found that possibly related to your blank screen.

@black3dynamite yeah, that's not encouraging.

I installed Windows 10 on a logical thin provisioned volume and it's recognized it as a thin provisioned drive.
-
OKay, no luck with Ubuntu. Can't even run the live boot to see what's going on. Just blank

My laptop is not a blank screen. It is flat crashing and rebooting. Never even gets the initial splash screen form the OS. Just BIOS splash, then blank. Then BIOS splash again.
