Been in place for over a year. Not sure if it went flaky or we just outgrew it.... which is hard to believe since we really don't have that many users.

Price is never a certainty of quality but I'd have higher hopes for those!! Maybe you're right it's just a software issue, be interesting to see how it resolves.

Agreed, I probably wouldn't get another Meraki device... especially now that there are a lot of competitively priced alternatives on the market.

When you have a single or even a few of the devices - codes can be useful to track who's beating it to death, and breaking out the costs of the contract.
Ya'll make the contract an IT issue? I've always put considered them office supplies so they fall to the secretaries of the departments. If they need some input of course IT can help but it shouldn't be IT job. IMO printers shouldn't be part of IT. It's no more IT than a car diagnostic tool that plugs into the network.

@thecreativeone91
No,.. just the 'configuration' of the network Fiscal did the ordering... asked my opinion but they're choice. I just did the IP scope, UserID/Pswd and O365 account. -
Back still hurts and I might just do a half day and go for a massage. No use with me being grumpy, that's the opposite of what they pay me for.

Trying to figure out dinner. There is no food in the house. The last of our bread was used for French toast at lunch. Now we are pretty much foodless. Would be nice to, you know, eat.

@scottalanmiller aren't you the same guy who did 4 grocery store runs the other day? Good grief man, you can get a whole bag of food at a time instead of a handful of carrots, it really saves time!
-
Phone interview tonight... trying not to over think it.

Apparently being in IT that long can make you insane.

Good luck. I like in person interviews so much more!

Depends - the one I had with @Minion-Queen was quite pleasant.

4 grocery runs in one day sounds normal to me... It is ridiculous that a bag of organic romaine hearts can be $4+ at one grocery store and then be $2+ at another. Gotta get those savings, man.

@coliver go forth and kick ass

As long as you are not burning more in gas than you are saving running all over town looking for better deals! 8-)

I have a honda civic and the grocery stores aren't too far apart. Also, I've mentioned that to my wife... let's just say I still go to multiple grocery stores.
-
@jevans You need to trade that more intelligent, environmentally friendly Honda in for a rolling chesterfield like my old 81 Oldsmobile Cutlass. 300 horsepower, plush interior, at least 25L/100km mileage! I miss that old tank.

Stressing out because family...
