figuring out a WIKI...
Me 2
And I just knocked myself out. I was getting key's out of the key-holder box and ran smack into it. Doesn't help that I'm the perfect height to do that. 5 Foot tall and head level, geez!
Ouch! I do stuff like that from time to time. Being Concentrated Awesome has it's downsides
Yes it does. Things that are 5 foot tall are a pain, if I don't concentrate I will do things like knock myself out. I need a few more inches or just someone to carry me around all the time......or bubble wrap!
Love the bubble wrap idea. But then I would be popping it and it wouldn't help much

I think I'd just run into things to make it pop, probably not the best idea then

Department gets "graded" on our response times on tickets. Boss is doing the math. I need an excuse to leave the office, pronto. heh.

Point out that a low response time just means people aren't busy. Long response times is a sign of having been busy.

You don't grade a network based on latency, you add hardware when things are overloaded.

Assisting clients with some issues on a PRI and cold calling like mad. Sales/Tech I get the best of both worlds!

Contemplating switching ISP's again, after the un-named one (whom I loathe with the fire of 10,000 suns) has allowed "opt-out" of their NSA-esque tracking

Ordered the replacement Router and Switch. Time my network grew up and was able to handle the use I'm starting to put to it.... the poor Lynksys router and switch are smoking around the vents with all the data pouring through it.
EDIT for SAM:
EdgeMax and a D-Link 16 port switch. -
