      Trying to Size a UPS.

      Requirement is to power a PC, LCD 22" Monitor, 16port 10/100/1000 switch for 20-30mins

                                  Jump roping is a good way to get motivated.

                                  I've been wanting to give that a try.

                                    I go 3 or 4 times a week before work... at the gym from 5:30am to 6:30am, roughly. I think that's the best time to do it. I never would have started going at those time if it wasn't because it was either then, or not at all... but now if I could go back and choose when to go, it would be at that time. It's great to start your day that way, even if it's harder to wake up.

                                        @rojoloco The Soft Bulletin is prob one of the best music albums of the last 30 years after Yoshimi. I have the Super Audio CD of both, plus the 5.1 dvd of them.

                                            You can do cardio before, after or before and after. Whatever you are comfortable with.
