But it wasn't an ad - it was part of the show.
Kinda like the fake ads that are in RoboCop, only done in such a way that Scott was unable to tell it was a fake ad (or not an ad at all) until much closer inspection.

Don't deal with the customer, hang up. Make someone else do it. PTO is your time off.
Unless you're being paid through the nose right now to help this customer, they can pound sand.

@DustinB3403 In this case my customer is my employer so yeah that goes out of the window, specially in the medical field...
