I see these releases as a sign of getting systems ready to upgrade to 10. I am not sure where the author gets this conclusion from.

Pretty sure 10 isn't going out until near the end of the year.

@thecreativeone91 well it is already April and no release schedule given yet that I have seen so not likely to be anytime super soon.
