What color do you see?

Hey, that's my school.

I got a schoolarship to go there from them and Xerox. Sadly room and board was more than I could afford!

This freaking dress changes colors for me every time I look at it. It didn't at first, and now, every time, different color.

Same. If you bring it into Photoshop though you can actually see what the colors are it's just someone didn't white balance their camera to the color temperature of the lighting.
