          Wow. Event viewer, address conflict, check the metrics if two NICs, restart. That's most of the list. It looks like you've checked the boxes.

              Well, as @DustinB3403 said, windshield time.
              You could have the site power cycle the switches and zone router / firewall if the credit/debit processor makes you use one.

              EDIT: If you have any dumb switches in the mix, I'd power cycle them 1st and last.

                This is my error when trying to access the back office.

                The folder has been shared, unshared and reshared.

                      So wouldn't the address be \\192.168.128.100\C$ Are you sure the path is correct?

                          Where is the folder located you are sharing out? Like this, but it says shared on the system your working on?

                                      In the Event viewer are there any error messages?

                                      Error code: 0x80070005 maybe?

                                        @WrCombs File & printer sharing, firewall rules setup / enabled, network discovery, windows managed homegroup is bumpkis crap, file sharing wizard isn't all that great either.

                                            file and pritner sharing: on
                                            firewall is : off
                                            network discovery ; on
                                            no homegroups and no sharing wizard
