Setting Permissions on Shared Calendar in Exchange 2010

Here is the scenario: client wants us to add a user to have permissions on this shared calendar (see photo). The problem is I'm not seeing where that's listed on the backend. Client is using Exchange 2010, and I've looked everywhere I can think to look, but primarily in Recepient Config > Mailbox. I'm not sure where else to check. I'm a noob when it comes to on-premise Exchange, so bear with me.

The issue is I don't know where that calendar is located in Exchange. If it's under a specific user, I have no idea which user. Powershell might work, but in my opinion, shouldn't I be able to find it in the GUI also?

You can do it through Outlook if you have access to it. You can also look up the owner via powershell. Exchange isn't something I've touched in a couple of years (especially since we are Office 365 now).

What command would that be? For looking up the owner?

@thanksaj I'll look and see if I can't find it... I feel like it was Get-MailboxCalendarFolder---- something...

It's under the individual. I believe that your user in the GAL is a mailbox, correct? Right click, go to contact card, that will be the individual ID for the mailbox.

I have searched the entire Exchange server and can find no users with that name or anything similar. My fear is that a random user created the calendar and that I have to track down the creator.

The issue is I don't have a machine I can easily just remote into to find out who owns the calendar. If that calendar is connected to a mailbox, I can't find it as of yet.

A personal calendar is the wrong way to do that anyway. Can't you just copy it and create a shared calendar?

I'm pretty sure it is a shared calendar but I can't be 100% sure. I've been trying to find it on the backend and can't...

Righto, I'm not going to pass judgement on the person who set up the calendar except to say "Don't let them do it again".
From the looks of that icon and the fact that you can't find it under Recipient Config --> Mailbox, I'd say it's a Public Folder with a calendar bolted on. Hence why you can't see it in the aforementioned location.
Go to Toolbox --> Public Folder Management Console. Have a look there for it.

@nadnerB YOU ARE MY HERO! Sure as anything, it was a public folder with a calendar attached to it. I added the user as a Publishing Editor, which should give him all the permissions he needs, and I think we're good! Thanks a bunch!
