O365 SafeLinks Service 503

O365 is apparently having some issue with their SafeLinks service, I've seen this morning at least two instances of 503 errors with separate users attempting to click links in their Inboxes and being unable to get to the destination.
Service Unavailable
HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable.
Has anyone else encountered this yet?

We just enabled MFA / two factor auth on our O365 Accounts and are getting this today as well.

@dbeato so you aren't seeing it.
Maybe it's our instance. . . we have a ticket open with MS to resolve this.

But I am having other reports with other services like office 365 being unlicensed today from multiple devices that have been.

Just 5 minutes ago was an announcement made.

Yeah, probably other start noticing and reaching out to Office 365.

A lot of our links (all that I've seen our users list) are now working again. The issue remains open though.

I was wondering why I wasn't familiar with safe links. I only have Business premium.
