Prometric - How To Contact Them?
-
I'm trying to register for a Prometric test and it says my account exists, so I do a password recovery. Then it says it cannot find my account, So, I try to contact them on their site and I get a Critical Error: Object doesn't support property or method 'addEventListener'.
So I look for an 800 number...they said their phones are vendor (test subject) specific...I just need help with my online account.
Anyone else have this problem? Is there a direct number to them?
Thanks...

I'll let you know what happens...on perpetual hold right now...
I'm also a little sad these Office 365 tests are not available in my area with Prometric...they are with Pearson but not voucher for them...:(...I've got to travel under 2 hours to Memphis to take them...

Try a different browser. I had an issue with Chrome and registering on their website, but it worked fine in FF.

I had to hang up on them...got a helpdesk over seas and after 5 attempts to spell my simple last name, I just hung up on her. I rarely do something like that. I'll try Firefox and see if it will at least let me do an online contact to help reset my ID.

Anything "Office" related for certification seems to be in Memphis for me...everything else is up the road at a college or in Little Rock.
