Moving workload: Vultr to co-lo/lab/xxx ??

Just thinking out loud...
What's the easy & simple way to move a workload from Vultr (insert your fav cloud provider) to co-lo/lab/on=prem etc.?

By having been proactive and having used a state machine system so that you just rebuild them in place automatically wherever you want
Short of that, Veeam backups are probably the way to go.

An in guest back up solution is definitely your best bet to move the workload.
