okay let me re-phrase: I hate figuring taxes to prove to customers who put in their own item to the menu's.
and then yell at us because " You guys put the system in."So the issue is the customer customized something you're place of business installed for them. Is there an clause that states they shouldn't be modifying this system?
they can add new items, hell we even teach them how to in our training : input of items, employees, etc. Which is fine, helps keep our work load low, and we can deal with more important calls first than "programming" as they call it.

No, They had a check from a month ago ( to date) that they were "reviewing" and something isn't adding up right, We know how to figure the taxes the way it's supposed to be done. We're short on this by ~10.00
Which tells me that new items were entered with out being put into a "tax group" or was used as a "modifier" to an Item, and wasn't set to charge correctly when it is used as a "modifier"
