Struggling with Rocket.chat CSV Import

So I am trying to import users into Rocket.chat via CSV files. Rocket.chat has a CSV importation guide but it does not seem to address my needs very well. I have created a users.csv file that exactly (as far as I know) mimics the required format. I have no channels to add, but having only the users.csv file created errors, so I made a blank channels.csv file so that it would not be missing that. Both are properly in a zipped file (as far as I can tell) but when I try to upload it I get "The file uploaded isn't a valid csv export file."
Has anyone worked with this or have any ideas?

I often find that the ACT of posting something makes me think about it and fix the issue. The issue was that I was zipping the folder that contained the files rather than making a "flat zip" file. It is working now.

Ah, so you had to zip the contents is all, rather than zip the folder?
