Neither do we, we are just trying to eliminate GMO foods, and reduce gluten consumption, and it's very hard to get truly non-GMO wheat.

I tried making bread with almond flour and was pretty impressed with the result.

I am finding all sorts of uses for that and Coconut flour. So much better than Rice flour.

We haven't used coconut flour much, but we do use coconut oil, and our boys can't have dairy so of course Almond milk, soy milk, etc.

I'm only slightly lactose intolerant but to add to my general health I've been cutting back on dairy. Using soy milk almost exclusively now.

New issues in gluten free foods (basically because they have a lot of rice.)....
