I wouldn't, they want Network Analyst, Desktop Support, Server Support, Application Support and Maintenance.

Reading just a part of that made my head hurt. I'd ask who their CIO is and why they weren't consulted for this job posting!

That is a lot of stuff, but I would only be concerned with the routing stuff. The rest is Generalist things i do all the time. But i know jack about OSPF, BGP routing and configuring things like that. Also looks like all their gear is Cisco, including that nightmare UCS.

Well first of all, this appears to be three separate job postings merged into one to save money on posting the listing. All three are similar in level, but have three different roles. From what I can tell, that's how it reads.
But honestly, all three together is really just an L3 Helpdesk role. None of that is extreme or weird. It's not entry level, nor is the price, but that's nothing crazy by any stretch. Very common skill sets there.

Either they want a decently senior generalist, or more likely three mid-level specialists.
