O365/Gmail migration issues

I've been migrating a small handful of users from Gmail to O365. I've created the endpoint in Exchange Online, created a CSV, and started the migrations of a couple different users as a test. I keep getting a failed error, but the folder structure and many emails come over.
I've increased the bad item limit, and item size (both to max). Still throws the below error. I haven't purchased any BitTitan MigWiz licenses for the move. Thought I would try the Microsoft method this time to see its capability.

Yes, including a subscription from Ingram Micro, licensing was applied, and also logged into email for first time. Tested mail flow with each user first. Migration was done very last after services were all verified.
