      Can clients (end users) use included TeamViewer that is included in GFI Max?

        I am not the highest level user of GFIMax around here. But everyone has the day off, so you are stuck with me answer ya. I do not see any way to give a client access to anything no.

          I was afraid of that. That was the one thing I liked about Continuum's RMM platform. A client could login to "their" portal and access LMI for their own use.

            I don't believe so with gfimax. LogMeIn is good for that.

                      select client in GFI, then edit, then edit client, select dashboard access, Enable view only, check box in client can take control feature.

                            you can use anything for the user name. I usually do "companyname"@domain.com so it's semi familiar to them. Or if it's just one user, i use their email address.
