I've not found Hangouts to be all that reliable, even for just Hangouts own calls.

I wish they'd quit messing with features. I used to use this all the time, but around a year ago it just quit working.

Well, why does my phone refuse to connect a call with hangouts.... oh yeah.... Motorola, gr!
