This is completely the wrong approach - and if others around you find out about it you'll be despised by them. We have this issue in our office. People are suppose to log themselves into the queue, but they hate taking phone calls, so they just don't join. When people notice the complaints about them begin.

Always Happens. Even when I've sent out emails saying we will be doing server upgrades overnight so make sure you close all open files.. always still happens.

Getting caught up on ML. So happy to find that even when I am caught up when I go to bed now there is always plenty of activity when I wake up in the morning. It did not used to be like this. This is awesome.
