Lowest Possible WiFi AP

Sitting here in the RV park I think about what they offer and what they have asked of the visitors.
They have Free WiFi for some areas,..awesome - that is what I am using to access ML and check email.
But they ask to be considerate:
- No Skype
- No Youtube
- No Netflix,.. etc...
- No HotSpots (or at least limit
So, My brother and I both have multiple devices,.. and it would really be nice to have the same options we have at home... WiFi that WE cann connect to. My kids can connect to so they can join MineCraft games on eithe iPad...
but a normal AP is going to be way over powered... I don't need 300' of ccoverage,.. I likley need less than 20-30 feet.
We have a little OTG (On The Go) Wifi spot,.. but the throughput on it is very very limited... it's best for small files and such.
What are some hardware options which could be used... or at the very least be dialed down enough to be used in a RV part setting...

Even If recommended an Asus AP, how will you plug it in with internet ? I doubt you have an option of Ethernet line.
Also it can work as relay/Wireless bridge for your current little OTG (On The Go) Wifi spot but performance will suffer
Do you have 4G coverage or 4G USB dongle ?

Even if something is overpowered, is that a problem?

You'll likely spend more in time trying to figure something out than just buying a Ubiquiti AP and turning it down.

AP: "Hi, I'm your new Ubiquiti, how can we hook up your network today?"
Me: "Oh sorry, we've decided to go in another direction."^^^ Me turning down the Ubiquiti.
