Zevenet load balancer
-
Just found this opensource loadbalancer system with web interface: zevenet
anyone was aware of this?!
-
looking into the github installer script it seems this heavily relies on perl language.
also most of functionality seems provided by
pound ucarp gdnsd
nowdays using pound is quite strange. usually you see ngnix + haproxy.
-
Not one that I know, you going to deploy it?
-
Looks like their database load balancer has failed.
-
I have HAProxy setup on Fedora 25 for use with Exchange 2010.
I really need to turn that into a write up as I need to replicate it at another client anyway. Last two current clients with on prem Exchange.

no, my env doesn't need a load balancer, but it popped out on distrowatch and I linked it! anyway underlying tech doesn't seem the best choice.
