Mitel VoiceMail error - There was an error accessing your messages you will be returned to the main menu

So a user is getting the above when they attempt to listen to their voicemail, they can access the mailbox just fine, and apparently the mailbox is accepting messages without issue.
A copy of the admin guide list the error as 897, but list no resolution to the problem.
Anyone ever have this happen and have a resolution?

Get rid of Mitel.
Working on that part :-).
In the short term, any advice on the mailbox error. I could probably just delete the mailbox and recreate it, but I don't know if the voicemail inside is required.

Yeah. . . . this thing has been out of warranty and EoL'd for a long time. . .

Then tell the user sorry, and nuke the mailbox and add it back in.

Nuking the mailbox.
