O365 Spam Issues Lately

I've noticed i've been getting a bunch of spam in my O365 lately, and a client just complained as well. Any ideas as to what's going on or a good way to reconfigure the "Mail Protection" to be a bit more useful?

Well,.. glad I went and looked before I went and replied.
In my O365 account I have a rule for myself that drops mail that contains [SPAM] to my deleted items folder. I never see it. I did go look, and there is about 2 dozen in the folder.
Although I also must admit that my MX record hasn't been pointed yet to my O365 domain. So this could account for some of it.

We haven't seen anything here or had any complaints from customers.

I have not noticed anything. Maybe one or two messages, at most.
