Isn't this the software that spiceworks keeps trying to push?
A marketing company trying to push products? gasp
That isn't how I meant it. And @scottalanmiller within the spiceworks local admin portal there is a ManageEngine section built into that page.
Paid plug in most likely. I do not have it installed anywhere to confirm.
Yeah we don't have any additional functionality that are payed services (of spiceworks), so I wasn't sure.

The mobile version of this is maybe 1/10th completed. Completely unusable....
The desktop version at least is browse-able, even if it is an awful product.

Right.... an ad, that's what SW sells, ad space. The admin portal components are major ad space. But that's for other products, not their helpdesk.

The non-MSP version looks fine.

@scottalanmiller of the product that @Breffni-Potter provided access too.

Okay, I thought so but so many things were mentioned I wasn't positive.
-
Non-MSP also looks good on the mobile app. Do not have that handy to show off without having to edit a screenshot.
-
@JaredBusch Maybe it's the way @Breffni-Potter has the one he's currently hosted configured. But on my phone I got nothing even remotely likely that.
I'll post from my phone in a second.

In the back-end, does it have the same issues?

Here is the home screen.
-
@DustinB3403 They have an App for this and never bothered to make the native view mobile friendly.
-
Just loaded the MSP app on my phone and made a ticket on the test system. worked fine.
