how to get support for skype account lockout? my skype got locked out and i cant seem to find a way to contact them instead of posting in the forum and pray for help.
Is there a number to call them?

I tried calling but it said that the number is not setup to receive call..do you have other skype customer service number?

Maybe it is a Skype number and they have been hacked, too. Microsoft, in general, does not provide support or customer service for their products. Even Office 365 support is a struggle and there is no official phone number to call. Any number you call, no matter where it is published, someone from Microsoft will say "well of course you didn't get support, you called the wrong number" even when they are the ones you got the number from. That's Microsoft's standard service avoidance procedure for all of their products.

Thanks Sir Scott, the link you provided requires me to login to my skype first. I cant login on skype as I get stuck on "Verify that you're an adult" asking for US credit card details which is wrong because I'm not from US.
I should have an alternative to skype now since Microsoft bought them.

Yup, I've stopped using Skype, I have found it to be completely useless at this point.

I have 2 subscriptions on that account that continues to charge my credit cards....what a pain!

That you can't shut off because they refuse to provide customer service? I would never put a credit card on a Skype account, that's scary.
Call the bank and shut that off. At this point, it's legitimately fraud.
