Calling Office365 and Exchange Admins - Help Needed

Ok so I've been asked to run this command
Test-MigrationServerAvailabilityWhen I connect to Exchange online, and attempt to run the command, the command is not found.
I've installed the migration tools into our on-premise server, so what am I missing?

OK, finally got that solved using this, and guess what the results are....
Failed the test.
Yay..... now lets see what Microsoft has to say about the results...

Following this guide.... (as much help as it is) doesn't explain why the first command doesn't work.

This guide gets me close.... except that WinRM isn't installed.....
