Mitel phone won't log off ACD group
-
I have a mixed system, Mitel 5000 in one building (where the SIP trunks terminate) and an ancient Inter Tel Axxess in the other. These are are bridged together and work most of the time.
I have an ACD on the 5000 that includes several phones from the Axxess. One of those phone can't log out of an ACD they are part of.
When I try to log into the ACD using 328 # (# logs the user into all ACDs they are a member of, which is just one) I get

I used to love Mitel systems when i had to use them in the past. They can do anything you could think to do with a phone call. I am actually donating the old Intertel Axxess system here and about 35 handsets(look like the ones you have in your pictures) at the end of the week.
Have you tried doing this both off hook and on hook?
