Pertino or VPN - They work and they don't

Setup VPN via Windows - about half the time it will connect, then fail, and fail to reconnect.
Pertino will connect and allow access
Pertino kills the ability to connect to O365 via Outlook, and they must use OWA unless they disconnect the Pertino.
What a battle this has been... back and forth with it.

I've not had something break so many services and web connections before. Can you drop Pertino and replace it?

If the VPN would be stable,.. Yes.. but we bounce back and fourth since there are so many issues.

Why not push them to the web interface if it doesn't have issues? That seems like the most reasonable and simplest solution.

I'll put in a good word for Fortigates and their VPN. It's been quite stable and we have users all over the globe using it daily.

I feel like more people just need to be pushed to use it. I think most just don't try it and say they don't like it to not have to do something new.

I feel like more people just need to be pushed to use it. I think most just don't try it and say they don't like it to not have to do something new.
Agreed. Due to calendar issues if we go to O365, webmail will be a requirement, no more Outlook
