Windows 10 corrupt profiles

I have noticed in the last 24 hours at least 4 machines, over both 1511 and 1607 that have corrupted profiles.
The tell tale sign is seeing a question mark next to the size in User Profiles

anyone else run into this? If yes, how did you fix it?

We had to delete and rebuild the profiles on the machine we've used.
