It's even less for the US, assuming no customs fees.
167.23 Euros

As long as it work, who cares about the name. I'm sure we can think of some devices that has wack names, but over looked it due to the device meeting the needs of the consumer. It could be called PoopNet all I care. lol!
Nevertheless, I'm new to the devices you speak of @JaredBusch . Thank you for the education. -

Some people really need to think about branding. I read that as Pocket her net.
Isn't that its name?

Could also be read as "pock ethernet"
That's just silly. Obviously "pocket her net" is how it is meant to be read. What the heck would pock mean there?

agreed - it's just weird.
Pocket her net
Pock ethernetSomethings you just can't shorten.
just call it's Pocket ethernet or Pock[et]hernet if you must get cute.
Or PocketEther, but that would be like a butane torch name.

I'm really digging this new Network device. No need to pay thousands of dollars for a Fluke. There still may be some work in progress, but at lease it's a start. POCKETHERNET is a cool little mobile device that work with your smart phone. I figure I share this with my IT family. Merry Christmas!!
Let me know what you think. Enclosed, I posted the link to the site.As for the device. that is USD 210. For that price you can get a NetScout LinkSprinter 100, a bit more limited than this. The LinkSprinter 300 is USD 375. So that makes this a better deal.
LinkSprinter has their hosted service for recording data which I love, though. That's a super cool feature.

They are the ones with the ads running on the right hand side much of the time. NetScout is the company that spun off from Fluke for this stuff. Fluke doesn't actually make the equipment that you were thinking of.

@MrWright4hire Awesome! I've been following this for a long time and I've been waiting for them to start selling units again. Just put in my order! I think it's an awesome deal.

Interesting product. Would be nice to see how it compares to the popular NetScout devices.
