That's why people who work from home don't use the crockpot. I make crockpot dishes when I'm onsite at the client's. Otherwise it's just torture! It's not as horrible for me though because my lid has no vent hole and seals REALLY well. Still, not taking that chance.
Besides, what are you making? Crockpots are for pot roast and ribs, etc.

Yeah- crockpot stuff rocks! Unless you have to work near it and smell it all day.
