Connection lost

Hi,
We encounter issue where we will lost connection for 5 to 15 minutes. We noted the issue on 2 offices using WIFI. When i encounter it, i usually switch to UTP cable connection.
How to check the issue and what causes it? for now we are running software that records connection lost using ping. We able to document the connection lost but where to go from here?

Can you describe what the network is like between the two points known to have lost connectivity?

Okay, so at which point is the connection dropping? From each end, ping the nearest device, then the next nearest. Where is the connection failing?

So you feel that the wifi is definitely the issue? It seems the most likely spot, but do you know that that is where the break is?

I would just observe (read: monitor) things to see WHERE the connection drops. Use some monitoring tool maybe.

You can setup your ping tester to ping each of these devices to see what stops responding.
