Keeping track of my location. I do a lot of walking and like to map it but often the phone dies.

@scottalanmiller Makes sense, I assume it has some way of handling this when the phone is dead? I assume the data would end up being stored on the phone rather then the watch.

Right, that's why it will have GPS. The old Watch depends on the phone for location information.

This is the question that everyone should ask themselves before getting one.
I don't see a point in it at all for myself. YMMV.

I wonder if people will be able to use it for pokemon GO. If not someone needs to get on that haha.

Sadly would not help as the watch needs the phone for 4G to tell other people where I am trapped. And the phone died in that situation.
