-
YMMV, but I like the 10-20 minute nap and I can usually do that at my desk. I wake and BAM I ready to tackle more work.

Isn't there another recent study that people who nap die sooner?

I so want a nap today, I don't care if it kills me.

screw "naps" I can't do it. I have the sleep habits of a grumpy teenager, I HATE going to sleep, even if its for a quick nap.
-
@Minion-Queen hmm...are you really saying if you don't get a nap, you might kill someone? LOL! Sometimes I feel like that!
-
Me or someone else.... might be both who knows?

most likely someone who is taking a nap, they're an easy target, hence the life expectancy of nappers being shorter.

I worked for a Japanese company for a while, and many of the staff there would bring in sleeping bags and lie down on the floor in them at lunchtimes. That's some serious napping. I don't know if this a typical Japanese custom, or the company was just weird.

Do you have a sleep apnoea machine? Works wonders...A CPAP, yes I do, since 2005. It literally keeps me alive. My doctor only had one patient who was as bad as I am. That patient died on him.... Was sitting at his desk at work, forgot to breath, passed out and his autonomic system never kicked in. Just suffocated naturally sitting at his desk.
