Why do you prefer Android our of curiosity? My previous phone was a 4S and I currently have a Galaxy S6. iOS feels better optimized to me.
Same to me. Android is fine, I don't mind its interface, but iOS just feels snappier and more polished and less complicated.
If you get a chance, play with a Nexus. I still like my nexus 5 better than my new note5 from a software standpoint. So much less clutter and it was (I kid you not) snappier and more responsive on that 4 year old phone. Sammy and their ilk really gum up the works with all their custom wankery.
This. If you buy an Android, get a Nexus. There really isn't any comparison. I still have my Nexus 5 and it's running like a champ. This $399 phone still outperforms a lot of other newer phones.

It might be a tie. It's so bad. That was probably the biggest reason I couldn't stand using my Windows phone other than the lack of apps.
And the apps that do exist look like they were made by high schoolers.

You would think MS would pay developers to develop on their platform since they're this far behind. Instead of mulling the idea of buying Slack for $8 billion, get people to use the junk you already have.
