Is it? I mean that honestly. Do they have XS experts that can recover a system if things go south? Or do they just rebuild it and blow away your data? Typically these companies can only do the latter.

They can look and see why it ain't booting. But you do have a point. it is odd that their parent company (OVH) offers KVMoIP.

I actually read up a bit, and their support team is pretty much only there to see why you A) don't have an internet connection, or B) Your hardware aint' booting.
Anything else is your responsibility, pretty much.
I bit the bullet... this could save my Pops a ton of money.
He's hosting like 5 domains with GoDaddy, lol. He has some probems with a few of the sites being super slow a lot of times.It's worth the $38 it took to get us set up. We went with the KS-4B, I think... $24 / month.
We'll see if we like it or not.
@anonymous -- You still liking yours? I just got my XenServer install set up as well.
And I think @anonymous asked a good question... What should we do to secure it? Only allow access by specific IPs? (My home IP is static, so that is easily doable).

You could do 2FA with keys only.

Mainly because I want a XenServer, lol.
But there are actually more than 5. Those are just the ones I can recall right off the bat.
Does Vultur / ASO act as domain registrars as well?

You could also get a larger server from vultr and containerize each one with an nginx reverse proxy.

I'm mainly doing it just to get some experience with XenServer. That's the only Hypervisor I don't get to play with on a regular basis. I'll keep it a month or two and let it go, most likely.... This will help me to decide if I want to switch my home server to XenServer (it'd be a lot of effort at the moment).
