ok guys thank you very much, i will install xenserver as i do previously with my computer (i need only to enable VT on CPU)

And then install Xen Orchestra too. Best way to run XenServer! If you are just doing this for a test or a small transition, get the appliance for free. Limited, but super easy to get started.

i think i'm OK with XenCenter
      thanks Scott

Why? We even how a super simple how to built here on how to get Xen Orchestra up and running

thank you , it works like a charm
now i just successfully virtualize my win7 machine with VMware vCenter Converter Standalone Client, then i import the VMDK into XenServer, then i installed xenserver tool, everything is OK but my question here is why i didn't get activation message from windows, as far as i'm concerned when the platform change from P to V, the system ask you to activate it again, !!

Yes, he's discussed this in several threads. He is not in the US, it is legal to pirate where he is and the company he works for things IT is not something that businesses use.

this is what i can see from my experiment with win7, i try this before virtualizing my physical servers to make sure i will not have licences issue

it looks like i will not have these issue with my 2 windows servers 2008 R2
