I am using the Cellkon A35 K Remote phone. The cell phone has only 256 MB RAM.
I am in need to change my ram size to fast my phone.
How to make the Virtual RAM process as of system?
I am using 16 GB Memory card in my phone.
How to extend my Memory card space to my cell phone???

I've never tried this but you can probably make a swap file on the SD card. This will not be super fast as the SD card is very slow compared to the RAM, but it should work. Be aware that this will kill the card very quickly as it is not meant to be used as memory and memory writing does not take into account abuse of SSDs because it thinks that it is dealing with RAM chips where that stuff doesn't matter.

                Seems rather pointless. too slow.

Agreed, any gain you'd see by having more RAM would be lost by how slow it would be.

Plus you'd have to be replacing the SD cards frequently.

I'd just get a new (used) phone with more RAM.

I agree, a new phone makes more sense.

Depends on the phone, I suspect.

Are those apps malicious I wonder like a lot of the flashlight and battery android apps?

They are apps on Android for doing things that your phone is not meant to do. Has all of the red flags of malicious apps. I'm going to guess that there is a good chance.
