Like you guys said, I definitely think this is great for home lab stuff. I may purchase something soon.

Devices from eBay don't carry warranties, do they?
With xByte, you still get devices with warranties.
Depends on the seller. SaveMyServer does.
This might actually be a good solution for my in-home test environment. Hm.

Granny roll it!
I just go for the whiskey. I don't actually bowl. This is one of the few events where everyone gets to be an alcoholic because the board doesn't show up to it.

I am silently crying inside. The maintenance office just shut down the chiller lines to the AC in two of our data centers. Fortunately, we have backup cooling, but we still get to monitor the temperature all weekend.
First world problems dude. I have a wall mounted air conditioner that keeps it at a crisp 68 degrees during the winter.
They got little floor models in there now as backups... Server room usually says around 73 or 74... It's up to 78 now... Chiller has been off for ~4 hours now, so not too shabby.
We also just found out there's an issue with the sensor in one of the DCs... It's showing -169 F right now. (that is minus 169, lol)!
liquid nitrogen cooled I see
Liquid something. It's quite funny. It bounces all over the place. I've seen it as high as 32F. Right now it's at -25.
That's that nice variability the evil t1000 had. Gotta love that 1980's future tech
I think the guy that wrote the file copy countdown timer for Windows started his work at the company that made these sensors, lol.
'tis only a fleshwound. Give me a minute to mend myself.

@scottalanmiller no search traffic. Algorithm from their Alexa users. Think those damn toolbars that get installed when you install something else. https://support.alexa.com/hc/en-us/articles/200449744-How-are-Alexa-s-traffic-rankings-determined-
Yeah... that's how they used to do all of it. Maybe they still do. That would make stats on a tech forum totally wrong as IT people don't have toolbars installed, normally.
I love conflict resolution though

Windows 10 + Arduino Leonardo
I'm running an Arudino leonardo as an led controller in my arcade stick. I tried to upload code to it and it checks the code successfully but during the upload phase it just times out completely. It was originally configured on a Mac, but has also been configured on a Windows 7 PC. Does anyone have an idea as to why this is happening? The version number is the same as was used for the initial setup. The code is being generated by http://brightstick.freecade.org/ and is the same used in the initial config.

RE: Virtual Server - USB connection

Hey Joel,
Have you considered a USB over IP type product? I've just been made aware of them and haven't had a chance to use one yet... but basically it is a USB connection with a Network card, and whatever server you want to use it has to run a software package to do so...
It's worth taking a look at.
Interesting product. What a great idea.

I run a D&D 5e game every other Tuesday evening using Hangouts and roll20.net.
I am currently playing Dragon Quest I on my iPad. Will likely finish that soon and move on to Dragon Quest II.
This is my absolute all time favorite console game series ever.
I'm playing a Deathwatch campaign on roll20. It's pretty fun
Oh boy... Space Marines.
I'm actually a way bigger fan of Orks but I'm biased because of Dawn of War 2. Even though that game had massive problems.
