I think they have 2 normal phone lines and the fax, so 3 calls max.

You could probably get away with it if it is just 3 calls... but again if someone starts listening to Pandora while another person is sending some sort of attachment you may run into issues.

Why not just QoS it? Once you get this setup, allocate SIP traffic as highest priority on the network and then filter down from there, with sites like Spotify and Pandora having lowest priority.

Outside of what I've worked with at NTG, the only helpdesk solutions I've used are a custom design for Staples made by Support.com and later one they built in-house. I've worked on several proprietary systems. Dynamics has nice tracking and good integration with their Outlook add-in but as a helpdesk, eh, it's meh. Looking forward to giving the new one a try.

Also agree. 100%. The point was that anything you do is an investment of either time, capital or something else. It's really all about figuring out what makes the most sense, both short-term and long-term. If something costs more over the first 3 years but over 10 years will save a large amount of money, it's probably worth it. Etc etc.
